You must absolutely take a look at the 'Vieux-Quebec'. The Old-Quebec is very nice and surely one of the most europeean neighbor in North America. Be sure to visit it by foot to enjoy it even better. A sunny day may helps, but It may get very hot in summer. (30 degrees and very sticky!)
In winter, you must see the 'Carnaval de Quebec', the biggest winter Carnival in the world. During December you may enjoy very beautiful boutiques with Christmas decoration. If it's too cold, get in a restaurant or a coffee and have a hot chocolate.
Walk on the 'Terrasse Dufferin' to have a better look at the 'Chateau Frontenac' and the famous 'Saint-Laurent' river surronding Quebec. If you are rich enough, I'll recommand you a 'caleche' trip.What I miss the most in Quebec is the 'Saint-Laurent' river.
