We spent 3 nights in Manoir Sur-le-Cap during our honeymoon. The rooms are well decorated and very clean and the location is outstanding. The Frontenac is virtually across the street and the Citadelle is right out the back door. The drawbacks are the lack of amenities -- no in room telephone and no breakfast -- but the staff is very accommodating and considering you should be spending most of your days out and about in Quebec, there should be very little need for many amenities anyway. Plus, the location can't be beat and the prices are reasonable.
Unique Quality: Well decorated. Good for honeymoons if you can do without certain amenities.
