Good value close to Historic Center

Great Hotel close to central historic distric....roof top bungelow was spartan, but view and terrace were great. Don't forget about any phone charges you may have. They will let you walk away from the check-out counter, but the door man will capture you at the hotel entrance.

Unique Quality: Safe deposit box was handy. Private rook terrace was excellent.

The Hotel Gillow

$40 U.S. for a double

Unique Quality: It is marvelous--clean, classy, friendly and accommodating staff, good restaurant, and perfectly located--a real bargain right in the Centro Historico. $40 for a double, balconies overlooking the busy centro, #17 Isabel la Catolica, between Madero & Cinco de Mayo.
