A Jewel Outside the City

I've stayed here several times and have also enjoyed many a Sunday brunch in the beautiful lawns.

It's like stepping back into time!

Unique Quality: What can I say? This hotel has elegant rooms, decorated with beautiful Spanish colonial furniture and paintings by Mexico’s finest artists. All the rooms look out across luxuriant tropical gardens, where you can also have a drink or take a fine meal.

More about Las Mananitas

A Daytrip to the City of Eternal Spring

by kucha

About an hour outside Mexico City is the lovely mountain town of Cuernavaca. This town has a lot of charm and a great year-round climate. It was the city which the Aztecs named "the City of eternal spring."

In Cuernavaca, you can dine, shop and even stay the night at a terrif Relais and Chateaux hotel -- Las Mananitas.

It's a great day or overnight trip!
