The hotel is recently remodeled and the Sunday brunch is good, but beware if you drive and park your car there. The parking attendant / security guard parked our car, and the next day confirmed that we would at an event in TJ for several hours. They had the keys. When we went to get our car, they had difficulty finding the keys. We headed back to the US and it wasn't until we had been waiting in line for an hour at the border crossing that we realized ~15 gallons of fuel were missing! We had only 8 miles on the odometer from our fill-up in the US jsut before going into Mexico. We wrote to Hotel Palacio Azteca (in Spanish) but never recieved a reply. We won't be going back.
