Sarah and I were thoroughly impressed with the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar in Cabo del Sol, in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. We went for a relaxing weekend away from everything, and this was exactly what we found. The hotel is about a 10 minute cab ride from Cabo San Lucas, and about a 20 minute cab ride from the airport. It has everything you would need to survive onsite at the hotel, and we did not venture too much outside of the resort walls. Multiple beautiful pools have plenty of sun and deck chairs around, and there is poolside service all day. The location is on a private beach, so even in the middle of summer it is fairly relaxed, and there is plenty of room to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are 5 different dining options on the premises, but Tomatoes for morning food was my favorite. They made a great omelet for me, with plenty of good things inside, and wonderful avocado and green salsa on top. Don't forget your sunscreen!
