QUAINT POSADA
Very 'homey' look and feel to this guesthouse run by an American woman. The home was originally built in the 1930s , and the bedrooms are off of a central area which contains the reception, coffee and snack area, extensive bookcases of Baja books, and a computer/WIFI for use of the guests, bicycle rentals. Rooms are good-size. The owners are very helpful with local information.
Unique Quality: Eclectically decorated; secure parking in back.

Friendly place in the middle of town
Located just a short walk from the 300+ year old Mission in Loreto, La Damiana has relatively good sized rooms. Unlike many of the small sea side hotels, this one is quite clean. The great room is comfortable and the proprietor encourages it's use.
Unique Quality: Located in the historic district, you can walk to most anywhere in Loreto in a short time. There is a taxi stand just a 30 second walk from the front door.
