Expensive but plush
The hotel may be a bit more expensive than all the others in the area, but it does have a wonderful setting and has nice amenities.
The staff may not be the most helpful to arrange tours and transportation, but most of the visitors who come here have their own car and are making their own logistics. If you stay here, plan to make your own arrangements.
The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The jungle setting with the multiple shades of green, the jungle sounds, the iguanas, frogs, etc. make it a memorable setting.
The hotel is almost always running rather empty, maybe only filling in the busiest of peak vacation weeks.
Unique Quality: The hotel has a large outdoor pool open until 11pm.
The hotel has free WiFi in the entire resort area.
Breakfast is available, but not included in the room rates.
