    More a motel than a hotel, but anyway... close to the citycenter: only 5 minutes walking.
    The price is not expensive, the rooms are descent and breakfast is included.

    Unique Quality: ++ Friendly staff
    ++ Good location

    -- Can be noisy at night because nightlife is nearby (especially on thursday)
