Hotel Hacienda: Nice hotel

This is a nice hotel in Nuevo Casas Grandes. The facility is relatively well maintained. There is a restaurant with two dining rooms, a small bar and an unheated pool. There are tables and chairs outside some of the rooms.

Unique Quality: Nice restaurant and good food. Nice area to sit around the pool or outside your room on warm days. It was freezing cold and windy when I was there in late Dec 2007 and the heater in the room worked great. There are a couple shops in the hotel - one is associated with the pottery workshop at Juan Mata Ortiz and the other with a lapidary shop in town.
