You could also walk out of the airport and get on a local bus

I have taken the local bus a few times from zihua to playa linda .it is very cheap. like yvrdave said you can most likely get it just outside the airport. the only problem you might have is if you have big luggage or you try and catch it when the workers are commuting. as it will be full. but it is a great experience riding local transit in Mexico.

Zihua (as the locals call it) is more amazing than something out of a movie. Its a little piece of paradise that is still so relaxed and connected with nature.
From the beaches of Playa Blanca to the views off the cliffs at Casa que Canta, this little gem is a spot worth checking out!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Zihuataenjo. Our goal was to choose a beach destination where we could get tan, swim and be lazy! Zihuat was our perfect solution. Our hotel was beautiful, the food was wonderful and the beach was amazing. However, August was an extremely hot month to go! The upscale was that there were actually very few tourists.
