Friend's time share

Best (5.0 of 5.0 stars)
by written on April 9, 2004

Paradise Village was a fun place to stay, especially with old and new friends.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the resort, and since I was a single woman with two couples I got the couch.
There was a kitchen, and our view was of a swimming with the beach just beyond.

Unique Quality: Paradise Village had everything you could wish in a resort hotel on the beach, including swimming pools, a big hot tub, two or three restaurants, a recreation program (w/such things as a daily tequila volleyball game in one of the swimming pool), a very nice beach with warm water in the ocean (or bay, I guess).
There were different types of entertainment on different nights, including a fiesta and some traditional Mexican dancing.
In order to receive a free fiesta and/or a jungle tour (I can't quite remember) I sat through a time share presentation, though I knew it wasn't anything I wanted.
Catering to tourists, including to my friends who return faithfully every year, Paradise Village offered a very enjoyable experience.

Directions: It was slightly north of Puerta Vallarta, with bus service to the outside world.

Best Resort, Everything you need plus more

Best (5.0 of 5.0 stars)

This is the best resort I have ever stayed in. There are 2 hotels adjacent to eachother on the property. It is on the peninsula of Nuevo Vallarta. Service was great, there was always something to do.

There were a couple bars and restaurants within the resort. They even have a little zoo. There's a golf course, watersports, nightly shows, activities, babysitting. Bars on the beach. On the same street as all the resorts, there is tennis, a spa and workout facility, a shopping mall and grocery store.

The service was great and the experience is wonderful. Don't miss out on this hotel. If you have any questions about this hotel let me know!

Unique Quality: There were 3 pools, both were really big and had waterslides and islands in the middle of them. There were all different kinds of sports. The hotel is located like on a peninsula in Nuevo Vallarta, so theres a marina on one side and ocean on the other. There is an activity group, and they organize games and fun stuff like tequila water vball. haha. There's a grocery store and shopping mall located just a ways down the street. It's got everything you need.

Directions: In Nuevo Vallarta on the strip of hotel resorts. It is a short taxi ride from Puerto Vallarta.
