worst gyp joint in vallarta
not a hotel, some rooms rented out as condos. No servicies, no amenities, no activities, No English spoken. No purified water. Constant noise of reconstruction and yelling children. Management doesn's speak English and doesn't care about few renters. Complaints about mice and ants were ignored. Woken at 7 am by yelling men in the children's pool and security said no can do nothing. Security was tripled during the night at Easter, very scary. Construction going on all day underneath us. Refund refused
Unique Quality: Pool was mobbed by kids yelling and screaming. No views. No services, no amenities, no telephone, no internet, no pool towels, no laundry, no maid service. Should not be listed as a place to stay in Vallarta.

Absolutely horrible month. Construction work was all around. Sledge hammers, rattle guns, young children screaming and yelling all day and night. Internet service was removed. Noone spoke english. Complete indifference by the staff to the problems and noise. Not worth the stay even if it was free. Constant noise from the shopping center next door.
