La Punta Realty - Punta Vista Condominiums

Who did you deal with at La Punta? We are going there in November and a. have been assured that our 5 year old is not a problem and b. have heard amazing reviews from other people we know who stayed there. Which unit were you in? How did the thefts occur?

I'm not certain which post you are responding to, but we've used La Punta Realty for years and have never been disappointed. They are fabulous, whether you are renting a high-end condo or an secluded villa- they are always willing to bend over backwards and I can say firsthand, that I know exactly why they are referred to as "the" luxury real estate agency for the Mexican Pacific.

Thanks! We were at Punta Vista for 10 days in November. It was absolutely fabulous and Carlos at La Punta Realty bent over backwards to assist us with anything we required. I would not hesitate to recommend the company. We are planning on a return vacation this year. It was absolutely fabulous!

Golf at Four Season's Punta Mita - AWESOME!!

The stunning Jack Nicklaus golf course with a special over-the-water hole to provide unforgettable drives makes golfing here like taking a day trip to Heaven. This course is fabulous and impecibally maintained. My friends and I were pampered from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the staff bringing us cooling off facial cloths several times during our game.
If you have plenty of peso's or US dollars (because it's pricy) to spend and you are out early and find yourself hungry, order breakfast burritos from the gal's making rounds on the refreshment cart. They will call in the order to the restaurant at the Four Seasons, make them fresh and deliver them to you on the course, YUM! They go great with a Pacifico :-)
The golfers here tend to be very relaxed and very friendly, non pushy. I like that.
One very unique hole is 3-B, it's a 194-yard, par-3, is located on a natural island in the ocean. Make sure you play it before leaving! Accessable only during low tide, so go back after your game if it's unaccessable the first time through. The course offers great Callaway clubs as well as decent shoes for rental. Just rent your clubs there, don't bother hauling yours, bring balls and shoes though if you want to save some cash.
