TAXCO...Nice town!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After some hours by bus from Guadalajara we arrived to TAXCO, wich is one of the most amazing towns in all of Mexico.
Taxco is a beautiful colonial town with strict laws on building in an excellent effort to retain the beauty of this extraordinary mountainside town.
This place is famous for the silver shops, you can find everything in this metal, the shops are for all over the town.
The Cathedral:
At the center of the city stands the majestic Santa Prisca cathedral. Go in and enjoy the 24 carat gold inlays and amazing architecture.
Jose de la Borda, French ,and taken root in Taxco, gave the orders to construct the Cathedral of Holy Prisca as a way of being grateful to God for the fortune that had managed with the exploitation of the silver.
The cathedral of Holy Prisca was started constructing in 1748 and concluded on September 3, 1758.
