Sunset View: One more La Sirena Tid Bit

usually, when you stay in the maya riviera, in playa or tulum, you don't see a sunset, as they are further west. At La Sirena, depending on what floor you are on (there are three floors) You can see a sunset from the small terraces off the bedrooms. In this one there is a small terrace off the master, with chairs and a table, and just a standing terrance off the guest room, but they face west, so you can see a sunset! Since you are almost on the point, you can also see the beach around the point from each of these terraces~sorry i didnt' capture that.sunset, but here's the view from the master

Unique Quality: This place has a great pool, although it's not on the ocean. Views out both sides of the condo. You can snorkel out (be sure to bring booties anywhere in half moon bay)
And in season you can check out turtle breeding.
One cool thing is that turtle season is low season so the rates are really good.

Look at this view!: La Sirena

Imagine waking up to THIS every morning!
I think each unit is different, but in at least two of them the windows open up completely in the middle to bring you incredible breezes. You can use the screen or not. It's almost like you are outside.
this is the view with the camera on the window ledge!

La Sirena Condos: Your own piece of heaven with a view

This small set of condo's. I believe 14 units are perfect if you want to snorkel out and snorkel in, as they are RIGHT on the coral reef with a concrete walking pier that gets you right into the water. Booties are a MUST.
At most of othe places in Half moon Bay you will have a small sandy beach, but the moment you are in the water you must have Booties because it is not sand bottom. This is not a negitive. It means the moment you are in the water, you will see all sorts of sealife you wont see in a sandy bottom sea.

Unique Quality: The pool here is quiet and behind the condo. you will have no problem getting a chair as most people are on the man made beach which is cleaned and groomed every morning. you have no crowds to contend with, you never have any in akumal anyway, except in front of the resorts. If you just NEED to be on a natural sandy beach, one is right next door through a pathway in the rocks. It is not private property, all mexico beaches are public.
