If you have never been to a foam party.You need to go!!!
Basically a foam party has a big machine that spits out loads of suds like you are in a big bubble bath with 60 other people. If you go close to the machine you can't even see anything it is kinda of scary. You feel people "slipping by you" with that soapy feel!!! The best part was at the end of the night when everybody was drunk we ended up rolling on the floor in suds with a whole bunch of people. What a blast!! DOn't get the wrong idea!!!

The first time I was taken to the coral reef and thrown over board in the middle of the sea. Panic is a mild description of what I felt the first few moments. Then I remembered the first rule of snorkeling 'Always keep your face under the water' and WOW. It was like being inside an aquarium! All those colourful fish right in front of your eyes! And coral formations of many shapes and colours! Awesome. Couldn't get enough of it.

COCKTAILS FROM HEAVEN
Even if frozen Margaritas are not 'real' Margaritas but a spin-off of the Daiquiri, I had my first one at the hotel's happy hour and fell in extasy about the heavenly smooth taste and cooling effect!
This is a basic recipe that involves of course the national elixir: TEQUILA.
FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA for ONE or MORE
For ONE serving: start with a blender and add...
1 Oz (3cl) of Tequila
Juice of half a lime
1/2 Oz (1,5cl) of Strawberry Liqueur
a few fresh strawberries
Blend with crushed ice and pour into glass unstrained. Serve with a straw.
OR
For FOUR servings:
6 Oz (18cl)tequila
2 Oz (6cl) triple sec
8 Oz (24cl)fresh strawberries
4 Oz (12cl)frozen limeade concentrate
6 cups ice
Place the ice in a blender and crush for 15 to 20 seconds. Add fresh strawberries, tequila, triple sec, and frozen limeade. Blend until smooth.
