Condos can be a good value, if you a few people

Try Villas Marlin, we have gotten really good prices on their condos. I think for Thanksgiving, it's about $110/nt., but it sleeps up to 5 or 6 people. It is a secure complex, and is in a very central location, in the middle of the hotel zone, and close to shopping and dining. It depends on where you are flying from , and how many people you have coming. You may find it is cheaper to stay in a condo where you can have a kitchen to fix some meals, and share the accomodations. Villas Marlin a gorgeous beach, and has been completely renovated since the hurricane. It is an oceanfront resort. Email me if you have any questions- bigbearmaui@aol.com You can buy food at Walmart, and make some meals yourselves, or they have some convenience stores nearby. Villas Marlin has 24 hour security. They have 3 gorgeous new, oceanside pools, and new jacuzzis. The place has been completely rebuilt, and is beautiful. The beach is fantastic, and beautiful

Unique Quality: Villas Marlin has a bus running up and down the hotel zone, and it's right in the middle of it. It's next to Kulkulcan Plaza, the largest mall in Cancun. They have many shops, and even a casino in there, along with restaurants. They have fast food and fine dining, and everything in between.

Villas Marlin has been renovated, it's beautiful!

The complex at Villas Marlin has made quite a remarkable comeback. The place was nearly destroyed a couple of years ago, and they have almost completely redone it! It has 3 new pools, new jacuzzis, and a new seawall and a breezeway area. They also have a snack shop, and a restaurant that delivers. The beach is gorgeous there, and the water is great for swimming or boogie boarding. It's next to the largest mall in Cancun, and close to shops and dining. The condo we stayed at #423 was great- it has a seaview, a larger 1 bedroom, Sleeps 5 or 6, nicely furnished, and with a fully stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd, wifi, and alot more. They have great low prices, and I would recommend this unit, vrbo #102299.

Unique Quality: Nice balcony, with patio furniture, to sit out and enjoy the sea view. Great jacuzzis, and 3 oceanside pools. Good location, in the hotel zone, with bus transportation for only 65 cents. Convenience store there. Tour office at the complex. Great beach, and reasonable prices, from $90+.
