I didn't stay there this time, but checked it out for future stays.

Unique Quality: I walked through the facility and talked to the front desk attendant and found it clean and friendly, with many internationalities represented. It sits on the opposite side of the island from the ferry docks and sandy beach, facing a more rocky shoreline with waves crashing against the rocky shore. It is shady and sandy up to the ocean shoreline. There is a large dining area which serves inexpensive meals, including fish for dinners for about $5. Staying costs $6 for camping, $12 for a dorm bed, or more for rooms. It's an inexpensive place to stay for the single traveler, and opportunities to meet others from all over the world.
