Great Condo
When renting a condo the person you rent from is almost as important as the condo itself.
--- We rented from Susan Mattingly of Lunarentals.com. Very and honsest and fair. She switched us to a nicer unit, albeit a different configuration, when the unit we planned to stay at had a plumbing problem. She easily could have just refunded my money on the day before we were set to arrive leaving me stuck. Definitely would rent from her again.
-- Luna Encantada is a beautiful, spacious property. Infinitiy pool. Lots of marble in the unit. Well cared for. Clean. Right off 5th ave. Beach is a bit rocky so you have to walk 25 feet or so down the beach to swin in the ocean.
--- Playa was a bit touristy for my book. "Great pizza on 5th Ave." Wal-Mart. Fajitas, which are Tex-Mex, not Mex. Nuff said.
--- You def. don't need a car in Playa.
