Does anyone know the best way to contact Cabanas Los Arrecifes?
I've tried the website and it doesn't seem like the reservation request went through. And neither of the telephone numbers seem to ever lead to a real live person. Is there an email address anyone knows about? Or should my boyfriend and I just simply keep calling?

After touring the ruins, perhaps you might want to enjoy the lovely beach PAPAYA PLAYA. Many people brought their swimsuits and relaxed in the picturesque surroundings of the beach.
There is a stairway leading down to the beach so you don't have to worry about getting over those steep cliffs.
If you think that you can't travel here with little kids, think again. Many people do it. In fact, Tulum's resorts cater mostly to families with children. Often there are activities offered especially for children, allowing parents some well-deserved time to themselves. A web search of hotels in Tulum will tell you which places offer these services.
In the center of Tulum, located off main street, close to the bus station, there is a public park. It is lit at night and has a basketball court and a dirt soccer field. There is always people playing both on a nightly basis. I have been able to participate in playing pickup basketball and soccer with the locals and have found it to be fun and unique way to mingle with the locals!
Go looking for spider monkeys. Our tour also included a jungle walk to look for them. This one was rescued as a baby because her mother had died and now is a pet. Our guide Jorge is holding her and feeding her food.
I was told my the locals that Don Cafeto's was a great place to eat, and they were absolutely right. The food was excellent and the prices were good not overpriced. The ambience in the restaurant is very lively. Don Cafetos cateres to tourist so you find people from all over. I would surely go back to try more of their dishes. Shrip Cocktail, served a little different from what I am used to but delicious. My husband had tacos de carne azada, heavenly.
