Los Conchase and Hotel Duenas: Phone Numbers of Two Hotels

If planning a trip to Golfo de Santa Clara it is difficult to find contact information for the local hotels. There are actually several in town; Los Conchas, Hotel Maria, Hotel Los Angulos, and Motel Duenas. Here are two phone numbers for the Los Conchas and the Motel Duenas.

Hotel Los Angulos: Humble but adequate

Finding contact information for the various accommadations in the area proved difficult. Miraculously I called a local business and they gave me the number. There are two hotel locations with a third planned closer to the beach.

Most of the rooms are on the first floor with two apartments on a second floor. The resident manager occupies one of the suites and I negotiated rental of the other. They were charging $80 and I got them down to $60.

The amenities are basic, even in the suite. What was lacking on the inside was more then made up for with the huge balcony. I listened and observed the little town's activities all night long.

These are safe and comfortable accommadations. Several late night travelers stopped by looking for a room for the night. There was none by 7:00 pm. When you're in a town so far away from the next town, adequate accommadations work out perfectly.
