My laptop was stolen from the double-locked room while was out for dinner.
The door was not forced, the thief had the hotel keys (I took my room keys with
me). The laptop was cleverly replaced by a phone book inside its bag, obviously
to win time until after the working shift of the thief was over. - he manager did
not even apologize, neither did he offer compensation for the loss! I have now seen
other reports about theft in this hotel, and he did not care then (over a year ago),
