Los Arcos de Sonora: Rio Sonora's most beautiful hotel

Los Arcos is incredibly beautiful and an unexpected surprise. The hotel is located in Banamichi, a small village on the Rio Sonora, Sonora, Mexico. Each of the ten rooms are individually decorated and all have private baths. We slept like babies it was so quiet and peaceful. Our room faced an interior courtyard filled with gardens and a waterfall.

Rosa served our complimentary breakfast the next morning outside on the patio. I felt like I was being treated like a queen. There is no menu but the full breakfast was delicious. Laundry service is provided for a small fee and the hotel has Wi-Fi, private parking, a gift shop and free gourmet coffee is offered all day in the cafeteria.

Our entire stay was delightful. And yes we recommend this hotel.

Unique Quality: The hotel is the perfect place to experience rural Mexico, off the beaten path. It is ideally located for day trips to visit centuries old missions and other pueblos along the Rio Sonora.
