"Fast Growing Area"
Due to NAFTA trade agreement, many of the border towns along the USA and Mexico border. Reynosa is no exception. This city has exploded in size and population as a result of the many new companies that have opened assembly plants in the area. The part of city shown in picture was not here 10 years ago.
"Living Conditions"
Even though Reynosa is growing quickly with many jobs new jobs openings, there is still quite a large difference in living conditions. You will often see a wooden or metal shack right next to a new, modern house, business, or restaurant.
"Original Landscape"
Typically this is a hot and dry area. The country landscape is full of brush and small trees.
