Posada El Refugio: Friendly Budget Place

Friendly budget guesthouse right in the center of the town. I ended up here by accident after finding the place of my choice sold out. I paid for a one-night stay in a single room MXP 280 or ~US$ 20 (Mar 2009).

When you stay at this category of hotels, a decent room with decent bed and shower if what you can reasonably expect and at this place you get them all. My room also came with fan, noisy but powerful aircon and TV (only channels in Spanish). It goes without saying, do not expect any kind of services and be aware that only Spanish is spoken and only cash payment is accepted.

Posada El Refugio is a friendly, budget guesthouse. Per my experience, if you are not much demanding in term of accommodation, the place is worth staying.
