Cheap but good....
This highrise hotel is located right on the beach, just cross the street, and there it is. The rooms were basic, with tile floors, but it had a/c which is a must in this town. This is a view from our room at sunrise.

A: "Boca del Rio is connected to Veracruz city by an excellent urban bus system, as well as by taxi's - and I don't think renting a car is a wise thing to do."
