Good Place
We only spent there one night, but enjoyed the hotel. Lively without being noisy, nice rooms, good service, it felt really good the short time in the pool after the tiring visit of town.

Nice way to spend HI reward points.
Stayed here my first and last nights in Yucatan. 10,000 HI points per reward night. The rooms were very clean and kept well. The desk staff and the bellmen were courteous. The bar area was a nice place to relax. There was a problem getting a taxi, and the concierge actually told me it would be easier to flag one down on the street. I left for the airport early, and they actually had to wake someone up to get my rental car keys out of the valet station. The exercise room had a poorly maintained treadmill, a non-functional stairmaster, and a decent set of free weights. The pool was well maintained. Other than those few problems, everything else was nice.
