not good
they have an army of help and the hotel is clean. i found no cultural reason to be in Merida. we were on a tour. the hotel was ok but the rooms were awfull. the windows face inward toward a courtyard because the view outside is awfull. the rooms are very dark and i think the lightbulbs are 25 watt. you must keep the curtains closed and it is impossible to read. we changed rooms once because the shets were dirty.
Unique Quality: nothing. breakfast was ok
