Gulf Breeze Motel

We were visiting during the winter months and always travel with a pet. The facilities are pet friendly. Have to say the staff were not particularly friendly, but the room was clean. It is an older motel, so if you are looking for "fancy" this is not it. If you are looking for a nice quiet spot to stay make your reservations.

The Gulf Breeze Motel on Dauphin Island, Alabama is the sort of place where you stayed as a kid on family vacations to the beach. It's not fancy, but clean and filled with character. A meandering bayou and marshlands run along the back of the property, while it's just a short stroll across Bienville Boulevard to the white sand and gulf waters at the public beach.
