Milwaukee Brewers' Double A Team, the Huntsville Stars offer up some great baseball at Joe Davis Stadium. There are frequent promotions, so it's worth a call to find out if free admission tickets are available at any local businesses. With the tickets, you can upgrade to a box seat for only $4--not a bad deal at all!
Huntsville, AL is the home of the US Space and Rocket Center (USSRC) and US Space Camp. Right now thy're in trouble with the banks and USSRC is selling off it's Space Camp in California, as well as its Aviation Challenge in CA. It's not good times for the USSRC.
H'ville is a pretty good place to live and work, especially if you are in the Space field, or practically any technology field.
