White Sands at Orange Beach Florida
"Staying at Phoenix X - Room 1015 - Awsome!"
What a neat condo in such a great location! Our suite of rooms (1015) was right on the water.
Pristine white sugar sands with beautiful blue ocean views. And that was just from the
front. In the back we had a lovely view of the bay and caribean colored homes.
The amenities were first rate - new and dazzlingly clean. King size bed in the master
bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. Both had private bathrooms. The
Phoenix X has a massive outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool with saunas and a workout
room.
The unit had a magnificient new wide screen television for when we powered down at night
just to watch DVDs or VHS videos. Other nights we went to the nearby FloriBama
nightspot/bar. Great music and inexpensive drinks.
Can't say enough good stuff about the suite of rooms, the Phoenix X or the area.
The weather was excellent in November - cool but still good for getting on the beach and
into the water. This time of year, the beaches are not crowded and neither are the
excellent restaurants in the area.
"Sometimes the Sunset Was Enough!"
We had so many options on things to do (including nothing) and places to go, that it was a good thing we had more than one car.
Between the beaches, the water parks, the shopping, the night life, the food & drinks & music, the fishing and the golf, there was hardly enough time to do all that we wanted to do.
And sometimes, it was good just to kick back on the balcony and watch the sun go down while sipping a cold drink.

For the golfers and fishers, the weather couldn't have been better. There were so few crowds too.
Warm sunshine with a cool breeze in the middle of November. Couldn't believe the remarkable weather with no crowds!
Just wish my handicap were lower!
