  • BEWARE - unauthorized credit card charge

    The lodge (under ARAMARK management) put an unauthorized charge on my credit card. We tried to contact the billing office (ph# 907-264-4643) leaving numerous messages on the answering machine - 2 days, 12 calls - NO RESPONSE. After calling the reservation office again I got a phone number for the front desk that apparently made the charge (ph:907-683-8200) . Talked to a clerk (Betheny) who couldn't help me. The manager (Paulettte) couldn't find any trace of the charge, promising that she would investigate and DEFINITELY call me back the same day. I AM STILL WAITING !!!
