Best Western/Best Value
The Best Western is an old hotel that will offer weekly rates during the winter. The Best Western of Fairbanks offers high speed wireless internet. There is a restaurant, ice cream shop and a bar in the lobby area if you don't want to get outside.
When May comes, you'll want to move across the little back street to the Best Value Inn. They're owned and run by the same owners. You can also use their laundry room, vending machines and bring your laptop over to the lobby to check your email and upload your photos. The innkeepers are great people.
