Moose Pass is my favorite little town in the world. Located along the Seward Highway, 1 hour drive from Seward and 2 from Anchorage, this charming space in the universe is great as an alternate lodging stop instead of Seward or just as a stop for a meal. Do not pass through it without stopping and relaxing for a while in front of its lake.

Moose Pass - love the name

We visited Moose Pass partly because of the name and partly because we found a B&B there that interested us. Moose Pass is located on the Kenai Peninsula at Mile 29 of the Seward Highway. It was a friendly and picturesque place with lots of lodging and eating places.
