Nome's Finest Accommodation

I have only spent two nights in this hotel before (and yes, I do live in Nome!), and the experience I had with this hotel was comfortable. The rooms are kept in a clean fashion, and depending on which room you stay in, the view is great!

There are a variety of rooms to choose from at this hotel. Whether you are traveling alone for a day or two, or you are taking a vacation with that special someone, there will be the perfect room for your stay.

I usually recommend this hotel to visitor's of the Nome area, and also remind everyone to remember to book the room/s early (they tend to sell the fastest during Nome's busiest times of the year).

The prices I listed below (# 7) are what I've known it to be several years ago. Please check with this hotel for further information regarding actual pricing.

Unique Quality: This hotel also provides vehicle rentals at an extra cost, which is a fantastic option if you feel comfortable driving around in Nome and the surrounding area (season pending - the three roads leading in out of Nome are closed every winter).

As I recall, the vehicles that are available to rent are as follows:
- Ford Escape (the most popular)
- Ford Explorer
- Ford Trucks (two and four-door models)
- Vans

A minimum of 25 years of age is required in renting vehicles from this vendor (insurance purposes).
