Worst Customer Service Ever
This motel should cost half as much for the value. The rooms are musty, smelly and very loud. But the worst part of our experience was the customer service. We were charged a $250 pet fee, when we did not have a pet staying with us. We thought it would be an easy fix to a simple mistake but were shocked when the manager told us that the cleaning lady found pet hair and we would not be refunded. She was rude and unprofessional, and when asked, she said yes, this is how they value their customers. We fought it for days and it was ridiculous to be putting such effort into something we were never responsible for. We had to resort to letting our credit card company handle it and get the charge removed. Needless to say, this motel does not value their customers and it is extremely unethical in its billing strategy.

Nice location in Soldotna
This was your average Best Western motel but the rooms and laundry facilities were clean and the employees were courteous.
Unique Quality: Good location close to Kenai.

Value and Convenience
This motel was perfectly fine, and a very good value. Large, well-appointed room and good bathroom. The front desk personnel were very friendly. There was nothing particularly outstanding about this place, but I'd happily stay there again.
We paid $89 double, plus tax.
Unique Quality: There's a public coin-operated laundry on site. I don't remember if it was actually part of the motel, but it's right next door and part of the same parking lot. This can be a lifesaver in the middle of a trip.
There was an affilated restaurant next door as well. Coffee shop type, like a Denny's only a bit better (and a bit more expensive).
