Clean and great location
My husband and I went to Talkeetna this past summer of 09. We had reservations at Talkeetna Cabins for 3 nights. We had checked it out on Trip Advisor and liked all the good reviews. We were met by the owners and given a tour of the cabins and the grounds showing us where the laundry facilties were and the great places in town to eat or walk to. Kevin and Peg were very helpful. The cabin was spotless and seemed to have everything we needed in it and more. The kitchen was filled with all sorts of extras from dishses, to toasters and if it wasn't in there, they said we should just ask them and they would try and help out. The large cabins felt so nice after being stuck in smallest hotel rooms in other cities.
Unique Quality: The location was the best, on a quiet street right in downtown so we could walk to the Fairview Inn, or the Talkeetna Roadhouse.
