Topaz Motel: Clean and cheap

It was a pleasant and quite place in that not many people were staying there. It is right on the Apache Trail Hwy and about mid area from Hwy 202 and to Hwy 188. The location was good. The room was a suite, so even though circa 1960's, it was big with a separate bed area, kitchen area, and bathroom and living room. Included was fridge and microwave.

Good bed and large roomy area to stay. All that for $42 a nite-cannot be beat

Paradise Valley Resort: Poolside at the Doubletree

It was difficult to say goodbye to the swimming pool on the afternoon that we checked out of the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort! This was a very pleasant place to have the conference, especially for my wife while I was stuck in meetings all day! See my Arizona page for more details.

The two separate swimming pools were very well landscaped and a nice place to soak up the sunshine in April !
