Eloy offers a varied range of community facilities including a library, an airport, three recreation centers, seven parks, two swimming pools, four tennis courts, two volleyball courts, and over 700 acres of industrial park space. Actually, Eloy appears to be on the decline. A number of the buildings in the downtown area are boarded up.
