 | Little America - Flagstaff: Depending on what you want to...

Depending on what you want to do in Flagstaff, there's a hotel for everything. I wouldn't worry about accomodations, unless Snow Bowl has finally opened up and theres a whole bunch of us Phoenicians trying to get to the snow. If you're like me, and in college without money to spare, there's plenty of hostels around. They're okay, a little dirty, but what hostel isn't? There's plenty of big name hotels that are right across from the NAU campus, like Embassy suites, Hampton Inn, um... just a whole bunch. There's lots of little places that are mom and pop hotels that are just as nice, and probably a little cheaper. If you want to stay at the one, big hotel here, I'd stay at the Little America Hotel. It's a cute place that really goes all out for the Holiday's. most places there are about 20 to 60 U.S. dollars a night. Not a bad price. If you're going to stay at a bigger name hotel then it will be a lot more expensive.
Like I said, Little America has the most character, but all of the places are the same. Theme: HostelComparison: less expensive than averageDirections: All the places are right off of Route 66. Hostels are located more in the neighborhood area towards the north of the NAU campus. I haven't really seen the inside of them, but they look okay from the oOther Contact: I don't know it right it right o

by dzni Little America Hotel and Resort In the summer, the place is very reasonable on price... only like $70 or less. In the winter, expect to pay more because of the ski season.
Look at a AAA book or wherever, and you'll probably think to yourself... How is this a 4 star hotel? This is looking at the outside of the property, and you say, wow, this just looks like a regular motel, but big. Well, at any rate, this is a luxurious hotel! It caught us very much by surprise! The front lobby is very nice, with a kind of ski lodge feel to it. There's a nice gift shop to the side that has all sorts of Route 66 gifts, as well as local items. There are a couple restaurants here as well... even the less expensive one has excellent food! I reccommend the tri-color pasta! :) The rooms are large and very well decored. Lots of pillows on the beds! :) Theme: HotelComparison: about averageDirections: Little America Hotel 2515 East Butler Avenue Flagstaff, Arizona 86004
