    The best in this area!

I will say, this was the newest hotel for this area. I did check out the others via the internet and those were "ify". Not too many good reviews for the hotels in this area. The Best Western looked run down and the Holiday Inn looked even worse. This hotel looked new and clean so we tried it. When I walked inside I was glad we chose it. Although, they had only standard beds in the rooms it was ok by me. We were all very tired and needed to unwinded and sleep. The rooms were decorated in southwest design ofcourse and very clean. I will say the rooms were too hot for us, sorry mountain folks, use to cold so I had to turn on the air conditioner to cool the room down. The beds were kind of small for us, but they worked. The bathroom was spotless....A+!!! We had a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was great! A restaurant, fitness, pool, and gift shop all within the front entrance area. Very nice hotel! The lovely gals were all very friendly and dressed in very lovely traditional attire.

The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The lobby, which included a gift shop was very nicely decorated - very inviting - the restaurant was decorated in s outhwest decor, the employees in native attire. A beautiful setting for a wonderful dinner. Had dinner and breakfast both days we were there. Excellent food - excellent presention and very tasty. Complimentary breakfast was far better than any others we have experienced. We will definitely use them again when travelling in that region. Employees were all very courteous.

We stayed at the Hampton for one night only on November 11th. We wish we'd had the time to stay longer but we were only passing through and wanted to see MOnument Valley. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, as was the whole hotel. The Navajo staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you to Roger the assistant manager for being friendly and considerate--nothing was too much trouble. And Thank you to Pauline for the photograph and for telling me about Navajo life. We will certainly stay there again.

Stayed at the Best Western in 2003, decided to stay at the Hampton Inn for less price, but found that every thing else made up for the difference. Beautiful place with great food and atmosphere, enjoyed the evening by the pool and fire place. Was cool enough in the evening to enjoy the fire and the sunset. Will stay here again.

We stopped here on our way from UT, and the "Four Corners" area to the Grand Canyon. This is a wonderful hotel run totally by Native Americans. It has the perfect Southwest atmosphere. Rooms were very clean, excellent dining area. Nice breakfast buffet. Price was very reasonable. I wish more hotels were this nice at the price we paid. I am really surprised this is listed as only a 2 star hotel. Should be at least a 3 Star.

This was our favorite lodging during our month long trip through the Southwest. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wireless internet a plus. The interior sitting and dining areas were a beautiful Southwest decor. Ate dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Dinner was very good and the "included" breakfast was far better than any other on our trip. After this experience we plan to switch from Best Westerns to Hampton Inns whenever possible.
