Hyatt Summerfield Suites Scottsdale/Old Town

Horrible noise most of the night. Right in the middle of the Scottsdale teen party area !
If you get a front room, on Drinkwater Blvd. there is No Parking.
Hotel has 3 floors and NO ELEVATORS.
Furniture is Old and OUT DATED. Sofas are not Comfortable. Beds are Horrible !
Housekeeping is NOT GOOD. NO GUARANTEE thet you room will be cleaned daily.
Management really does not care ! Quite Arragont at times !
Facility needs to be Exterminated....bugs and other creatures crawl on floors in the rooms.
Food Service, Except for early morning is NULL and VOID !
VERY SUPRISED THAT HYATT CORP. ALLOWS THEIR NAME ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
THIS FACILITY IS DEFINATELY NOT HYATT ORIENTATED ! PITIFUL !
VERY OVERPRICED FOR SERVICES OFFERED !

Unique Quality: Only Unique quality at this Hyatt Summerfield Suites Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale is that it is the only Hyatt I have ever stayed in that would be comparable to a MOTEL 6 for 4 or 5 times the price for a room !

Only Hyatt I have ever been in with an Arrogant Manager !

Directions: Just ask where the NightClub District is and this Hyat is right in the middle with noise all night long every night !

We stayed here two nights and found the facilities pretty good. It was clean, comfortable, and very affordable especially for this trendy$$ area. We all recieved really great breakfast each morning and the pool was great. It was very easy to find and plenty of parking too. It's pretty much located in a really trendy area not far from restaurants and night spots.

Directions: 8 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Take the east exit out of the airport.
Follow 202 east to Scottsdale Road.
Left on Scottsdale Rd.
North to Drinkwater Blvd.
Right on Drinkwater Blvd.
1 mile to Hotel is on the right.
