Hello forum,
I was wondering if anyone would have any good ideas as to where I can get some recommended condos for a couple of months starting in January. I have no clue as to how much one would count of spending per month, and what the availability would be.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

You should start with VRBO and the Phoenix Craig's List sublet section: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/sub/
January is not the absolute high season, as most people who rent for a month come in for baseball, but it won't be particularly cheap either, as you'll still have a ton of snowbirds there. The price really depends on what size you're looking for, but you can scan the listings (at least on VRBO) and get an idea. In my experience though, VRBO is overpriced.
You may want to look outside of Tempe also, like in Mesa. There aren't too many bad areas of Tempe, but the southwest part of town, west of Mill and south of the railroad, isn't great.
Small resterant that serves Italian food. Great pizzas with its own speciality dessert.
Warm Pizza dough cookie with either white or brown chocolate chips covered with Icecream. If you can't secide which you want they will do half and half.
This resterant gets extremely busy so beware. I had a bistro pizza which was a cheese abd tomato pizza but the tomato sauce had onions, basil and other things chopped into it. It was extremely tasty.
