This is a very nice hotel. I usually stay here when I am going to the University Medical Center. The accomodations are very nice and they give a hefty military discount.
Unique Quality: Good bar with great bartenders
Directions: Corner of Campbell and Speedway.
I would definitely rate this hotel as the best value alternative in the Tucson area. As most of you know, I stay in all Sheraton/Starwood properties, because of the benefits of Starwood points, but this hotel is definitely worth the 69 USD price tag. The room was older, but comfortable, has free internet access, and a great breakfast buffet for $8USD.
Definitely recommend this hotel, and it is within a couple blocks of the Arizona campus.

We've paid $59 and $79 double (plus tax), in the off season. Room rates do not include breakfast. All telephone calls, even local and 800 numbers, are charged at 75 cents.
Directions: Cambpell to Speedway, right on Speedway. Hotel is on your right. You can't miss it.
