Residence Inn is THE place to stay in Tucson if you want to be near Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. This hotel has free beer and snacks on week nights, a swimming pool and very nice rooms. There are also dozens of great restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away, including Hooters.
