worst motel in Batesville Ar
Called motel by phone reserved one non smoking room for two persons for one night,4-5-07.
Was given a smoking room with a broken recliner and over head light in room was burned out
not to mention parties were going on in motel until after 3:00 am.
Upon checkout I asked about my triprewards which I had a current card for 557 points but
desk clerk stated he was unable to provide rewards. When we checked out on 4-06-07 at
0446 the desk clerk stated that it had been a bad night because others staying at property
had broken windows at motel.
Unique Quality: below average entrance and exit from main highway
