At the heart of the shopping district

For those without a car, this is a good place to stay as it is located right at the heart of the shopping district of Spring Street.

Built in 1892, it's a pretty interesting building that really stands out and may look right at home in New Orleans.

Unique Quality: Great location

Convenient Downtown Location

If convenience is the most important aspect of hotel selection, then The New Orleans Hotel and Spa is a good choice for you. It is located in the heart of the Historic Downtown District on busy Spring Street.

The minute you see this hotel, you are aware of why it is call The New Orleans Hotel & Spa.
It's architecture is certainly a reminder the the New Orleans look. The long wrought iron balconies are just one aspect of that "look".

This hotel was built in 1892 [near the end of the Victorian era] and certainly adds to the quaintness of Eureka Springs. In 2002, the hotel was purchased by Lovely County Landmarks and is still in the process of being renovated. There are only 20 rooms here, and all of them are luxurious. I found it endearing that as each room is completed, it displays a different local artist's work.

Unique Quality: The New Orleans Hotel and Spa has mammoth rooms with king or queen beds, double Jacuzzi tubs, refrigerators [with bottled water and soda], and the deluxe suites also have microwaves and thick hotel robes. All rooms offer coffee services.

They have a private parking lot behind the hotel, which is, indeed, an added bonus in a town hurting for parking space. You can then walk to shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Those large, long balconies are perfect for "people watching" day or night.

For a unique experience, I would suggest The New Orleans Hotel and Spa.

New Orleans Style in Eureka!

This is a very interesting historic hotel located in downtown Eureka Springs. I was quite impressed with the building. It was build in 1892 and has been kept up/or restored beautifully! When you walk inside you feel like you just stepped back in time 100 years. The hotel is furished with antique furniture. The price still isn't bad, as low as $84 during the week and $99 on weekends.

Unique Quality: There is a spa and a restaurant located on site.

Premier Location and Elegant Setting

Aside from turn-of-the-century furnishings and decor, the New Orleans Hotel adds modern conveniences such as King and Queen sized beds and air conditioning. The lobby is a grand entrance to what awaits you above.

Unique Quality: The town's trolley stops seasonally at the door of the hotel, so guests can leave their car in private parking until they are ready to go home. October rates add $5 per room (due to the change in fall foliage).
