Terrible Experience
We arrived after long day drive. The desk clerk was in front of the hotel main entrance smoking and immediately upon seeing the dog said, "Do you have a reservation?"
We had a reservation, and found our way to our room. Room smelled dirty, and I immediately felt flea bites on my ankles. It was dark because several lamps failed to work, and the carpet was stained. I couldn't wait to get out!
