When we arrived we noticed the hotel was brand new, they were still landscaping around the hotel but it allready looked great.

The reception was great and they offered a free "turn your busines card into a luggage tag service.

Well like all Residence Inn's the hotel room is large and it has a complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and oven. There is a living are where you can sit watch tv or just read a magazine. There's a large workdesk and a bar where you can sit and eat in your room. The hotel is located near the shopping center of Fort Smith. Directly next to the hotel is an Old Navy and just across the street are more shops....

Right next to the hotel is also a hospital...you never know when that comes in handy...

We payed $ 0....we had a certificate the rate below is just a random rate i looked up...
